Cartizan and its partners sponsor contests to give you the opportunity to win great prizes. Your participation in these contests is entirely optional. Information we collect for such contests can include contact information and demographic information. Cartizan also values the opinions and comments from all of our users, so we frequently conduct surveys online, via e-mail. Your participation in these surveys is entirely optional. Information we collect in online surveys will include general information on the use of our website and other demographic information, such as age and income bracket. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.

Cartizan employs other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and needs to share your information with them to provide products and services to you. Pursuant to Catizan's Terms of Use, you have a limited license to use this information. This information should only be used for Cartizan-related communications or for Cartizan-facilitated transactions. Cartizan has not granted you a license to use the information for unsolicited commercial messages. Without limiting the foregoing, without express consent from the user, you are not licensed to add any Cartizan user to your email or physical mail list.
If you have provided the name and e-mail address of another Manitoba artizan, Cartizan will send such participant an e-mail inviting him or her to visit our website and giving such participant the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future information regarding Cartizan and its partners.

You can change your Artizan Account Information (except your username), at any time. Cartizan may send you certain communications relating to the Cartizan service, such as service-related announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Cartizan account. However, even if you delete or change some personal information in our registration database, it may still be stored on our, or other third party, databases (including those kept for archival purposes).
